I would a smooth communication between TheFloristMarket and the customer. For the vendor, the link you're providing to the customer so they could track the order is broken. Thus, left the customer feeling loss as TheFloristMarket also doesn't cooperate with the customer through their whatsApp and e-mail. Hoping your next customer won't go through the same experience like me.

The size of a RM95 bouquet was much smaller than my expected size. It looks so small and totally not presentable as a graduation bouquet. I travelled all the way to take the bouquet and found that it was so small and had to top up extra RM 45 to make a more presentable bouquet. They took 45 mins just to add flowers and re-wrap, I was almost late for the graduation, what a terrible day! I wont recommend The Florist Market. Be a smart consumer.

I have received the flower, it is sooo cute!! I got some feedback & suggestion, its raining season, hopefully you can pack it in a box or at least a cover so that it wont get wet.. Tqvm :)
