I can't answer all the posted questions as I was not there to receive the stand . So I just rate a 4 assuming all are good. I do have a suggestion ... Upon delivery , would it be good to send a close up picture to the purchaser ? I do like that my query was given prompt attention via whatapps n email . Thanks

A little expensive but considering the delivery was done at 10.00pm (on a Saturday) at night and i placed the order at 730pm. the service was great and worth it

I put up in the remark for Bouquet A, y u send for me Bouquet B? Please look into the order, as the photo shown there 2 bouquet of flower,A or B with different types of flower, I choose Bouquet A as written in the remark. If you unsure of customer order there plenty of way to communicate. Please look into this matter and improve your service.
