Poor quality balloon. Balloon leaked gas within 3 hours upon receiving. Balloon shrunk, ribbon loosen and dropped after that. So embarrassing as a birthday gift. Contacted customer service , was told they will check with the florist but until now no reply at all. Bad experience and poor customer service.

I received very slow respond when I whatsapp asking for update. Customer service is quite bad that I feel wanted to rate 0/5. The website should have ask for delivery timing eg morning or noon.

Very bad service, no contact number to call at all, no photo to proof of delivery, the things is small as compared to picture showed, the bottom small piece of wood is not deliver as shown. Feel like being cheated!
