Scentales is a start-up online florist company founded in December 2016.

Scentales is built on the passion to bring art and design to flower arrangements. Our creative team is constantly crafting and developing creative and trendy products and designs that bring excitement to the growing appetite of our customers.

Every scent has a tale, every color has a story to tell. Each of our bouquet is designed and arranged with care and love to deliver that special tale in your heart to your loved one!

Please note that time specification is NOT available. Delivery will be completed within 11am-6pm.

Our deliveries are on Tuesday to Saturday, except for any public holidays.
We do not provide specific time deliveries to maintain fairness to all our customers.

When placing an order with us, you are responsible to ensure that the accuracy of the delivery address, contact number of the recipient as well as your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
No refund will be issued if the flowers have been duly delivered to the delivery address as prescribed by you.

In the event that the item(s) are not delivered due to incorrect delivery details, we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the item(s) and no refund shall be issued in such event.

Same Day Delivery
For an order placed on the same date as delivery date (“Same Day Delivery”), order and payment must be submitted before 1pm on the delivery/order date. For Same Day Delivery, all deliveries will be completed between 1pm to 6pm.

Advanced Booking
For an order placed one (1) day or earlier than the delivery date, all deliveries will be completed between 11am to 6pm.
