Miss Balloon Decorations established in 2018 by two young ladies.
Thus, we named it as “Miss Balloon”.
 
We learned our balloon techniques from China.
Then, develop our business from home-based till having our own workshop currently at Balakong area.
 
We promised to do our best to fulfill clients’ need and bring happiness to others.

Upon receiving the products, we will not be able responsible for balloon conditions kept & stored by receiver.

Its receiver responsibility to ensure balloons are stored under good conditions to avoid balloon explosion and shrinking i.e. the product is kept in air-conditioning room and not exposed to direct sunlight.

If you need to carry balloon with car or other vehicle, kindly ensure that the air-conditioner has turned on and temperature is below 26 degrees before placing the balloon in the vehicle.

Delivery Time
Monday-Sunday | 12pm-6pm (No specific timing allowed)

We are unable to accommodate requests for time-specific deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations.

For the recipient stay in condo/hotel, driver will be waited at lobby to deliver the item(s) instead of going up to the room/house unit.

In the event that the order recipient is not around, we will deliver to the following:
1) For delivery to the office, we will deliver to the receptionist or recipient's colleague.
2) For delivery to house or condo, we will deliver to the recipient's family member or to the security or management office.

In the event that delivery is unable to be completed due to the recipient is not around during the delivery, we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the item(s) and no refund shall be issued in such an event.

*Note: If a second delivery on the same day is required because the recipient was not present during the initial delivery, the second delivery will cost an additional charges by sender follow by Lalamove rate.

Please provide the exact location to reach the recipient, change of address are not allowed once the delivery is in transit
