Shipping / Delivery Policy
1. Standard delivery time is between 10:30am to 8:00pm on Monday – Friday.
2. If customer request to deliver on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, customer need to pre-order 2 days in
advance.
Cancellation & Refund policy
1. Once order is confirmed, there is no cancellation of order and no refund will be given.
2. All the goods sold are not refundable.
Important Notice
1. If customer has specific request delivery time, kindly do not hesitate to contact our customer
support via Whatsapp (011-58767832) before order placement.
2. The customer is responsible to provide complete and accurate delivery information before
payment made in order to make sure the bouquets are delivered to the correct recipient.
3. It is customer responsible to ensure receiptent is available at the delivery date and delivery address when placed order.
4. If the receipient are unavailable to receive the bouquet during the delivery time, De Fleurbee will not be
responsible to rearrange logistics arrangement.
5. De Fleurbee will not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery address given by customer,
invalid contact number given, receipient not available at the delivery address, receiptent not answering the call,etc.
6. A redelivery charge of RM 20-60 will be charged to customer if wrong address given by customer or customer
request to change address on the day of delivery.
7. If case failed to received redelivery charges from customer, the product will be disposed and no refund will be given.
