I noticed that the pricing from this platform is cheaper than the official website of the florist. However, the hassle is that this platform does not let you arrange/specify your delivery time - there's no option to choose the timing. I ordered a bouquet for my friend to be delivered to her lunch place but I received calls from rider and the florist shop itself in the morning telling me delivery failed as the lunch place has yet to open. Not the rider's or the florist's fault. Thumbs up to the florist shop for rearranging my delivery in the afternoon with no extra charge. My friend was super delighted with her bouquet, all good in the end.

Bad delivery, the flowers does not send to the receiver house but put on top of mailbox. Where everyone can see and steal. The delivery person have receive the instructions from receiver to put infront of the house. Why would u send the Invoice to the receiver???? It should not print the invoice. It does not sweet at all

instruct to be deliver before 12pm as my daughter graduation at 1pm. Called in the morning to confirm delivery. no one pick up or reply in WhatsApp. I have called more than 10 times and follow with multiple WhatsApp. They only replied after 12pm and said delivery will reaches me at 12.50pm. I was already on the way to the school for my daughter ceremony and have to buy another flower from nearby supermarket. Truly not happy with this. Unprofessional and dissapointed.

The delivered baby breath are nice but the bunny balloon is different from the actual as the ear is not balance

There is no recipient name on the card which is quite bad. I even specify the spelling of the name of recipient. A bit disappointed.

Is not the same as the picture shown, and the picture shows that there’s 2 roses but the bouquet received only have one rose. Very disappointed, will not purchase again.
