Beloons Balloon And Event

Not satisfied with the service. No update at all until the day before delivery. Text and call many times want to arrange and to get the delivery time but only responded last minute, didn't call back and explain or apologize. And the balloon ribbon is not complete or not sure is it burst before sending it to me. One side ribbon missing. Very bad service. The only good thing is the person from Lalamove who deliver the balloon is polite. Please improve the service.
