I would love to give you my feedback. I had made an order for 3rd August and there was no feedback on when exactly it would be delivered and I don't remember having the choice to select a time. But that was fine because I needed it at night, I thought surely I would receive it by then. But I left a message asking when I would receive it anyway in the evening in the chat function on your website and there was no reply. I had to call the shop my order went to by doing a Google search because the number in your website nonody was answering. When the shop answered, I asked when am I going to receive it as it's almost 8pm and I haven't received any indication of a delivery. Guess what, they said they haven't prepared it yet because they had missed orders today or something? But the best part is, I didn't even give any details yet and she immediately apologised and said they will do now and send and said they know which one is my order? So they knew and what? Waited until I called to then rush the order? Then from my understanding there is supposed to be a QR code with the flower that the receiver can scan to see a personalised media I uploaded or did I misunderstand? Because then I uploaded media for nothing because there wasn't a QR code present. Honestly? An apalling experience indeed. Who can I actually give appraisal to? Maybe the lalamove rider who did his job and made the delivery I guess? Great guy. But you and your partner's service? Trash.

For the price, it was all worth it! My wife really liked the flowers plus the arrangement was exactly how it looks like in the photo. Now I know where to order next time. Thanks

Made an order on the 14th to deliver on the 16th. No delivery updates at all, I didn't know what time was it going to be delivered, or even if it was being delivered. The Whatsapp contact was no help and slow to respond. Give your customers a timeline, don't expect them to wait the whole day thinking if they are going to receive their order. Horrible first impression!

I bought 2 roses one for me and one for my friend. She likes it very much. The person who delivered this didn't even call me and just drop off at the guard. I know it's a busy day for valentine's but please let the receiver know when the flower has arrived.
