If the recipient is not at home/office at the time of delivery and couldn’t be contacted, the person in charge of delivery may choose to:

a. Leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop
and arrange a convenient time for redelivery (extra charge will be imposed).
b. Leave the arrangement with a neighbor/friend and snap a photo to send to the recipient stating who has accepted the arrangement on his/her behalf.

We will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to unavoidable reason such as bad weather and traffic jam.

We will also wait for 5-10 mins for the recipient to receive the flowers. So, the sender must make sure that the recipient is at the place to receive their order.
However, we will try to accommodate delivery at exact timing as far as possible.

In the event of any non-delivery, no requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products.

Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund should be made.

Should there be a request to redirect orders/change of time or day, there will be an additional delivery charge of RM10.

As our products are mostly perishable, please revert as soon as possible if there is any problem. All refund requests will be dealt on a case by case basis.

As our products are mostly perishable, there may be changes on flowers/product ordered due to natural condition. We will replace them with different types and colors of flower that matches the original order. Replacement price would be *similar or higher*

Valentine's Day prices are applicable for order date:
12th-13th-14th of February 2020.

You are advised make your payment before 11.59pm 11th Feb 2021.

1) Order Duration:
5th - 11th Feb 2021, 11.59pm.

2) Delivery Date:
12th, 13th and 14th Feb 2021.

3) Delivery Time:
9am - 6pm.
**Delivery starts at 9am from our premises but please expect delay in delivery as we will be handling a large volume of orders especially on the 14th.

4) Delivery Areas:
We deliver to Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and Klang Valley areas.

5) Delivery Charge:
Putrajaya - RM5 - RM15
Cyberjaya - RM8 - RM20
Other areas - depending on location
