As some of flowers and products are seasonal, they might not be available all time. In the event that certain flowers/fillers/figurines are not available, it will be replaced of a similar value and/or colour to remain the overall look of the flower bouquet/arrangement.

Fresh flowers are perishable products and prone to decomposition and therefore wilt and discolouration occurs. Please take note that fresh flowers are not the same as artificial flowers. Occurrence of scars on petals are common, customer could pluck off some the petals if necessary. We try our best to provide the freshest flower, but please understand that we are unable to stop decomposition of flowers.
Thus, we held no responsibility on the freshness of flower upon collection by the customers.

Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may slightly different from what you see.

** Order will be delivery between 9.30am to 6pm on Monday to Saturday except for Public Holiday.


** When placing an order with us, you are responsible to ensure that the accuracy of the delivery address, contact number of the recipient. In the event that the item(s) are not delivered due to incorrect delivery details, we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the item(s) and no refund shall be issued in such event.


** Sender is to ensure that the recipient is available to receive the flowers when they are delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be at the delivery address on the date and time you stated during the order confirmation.


** Should our delivery driver encounter any difficulty during delivery, he or she will only wait at the provided address for a maximum of 10 minutes before moving to the next deliveries.


** Delivery for apartment / condominium / office tower / college / campus, we will contact receiver to collect from security office or management office.


** We might deliver the products to receptionist/colleague/family member/representative/security post/friend/doorstep if the targeted recipient is not available or busy at the specified address provided during delivery.


** In the event that delivery is unable to be completed due to order recipient is not around during the delivery and due to the absence and/or non-acceptance of item(s) from the Alternative Recipients, we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the item(s) and no refund shall be issued in such event.


** During adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain and flood), our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we will not issue a refund or offer re-delivery for the affected orders.
