Delivery fee is very expensive. Bouquet is smaller than I had expected - smaller than bouquets I’ve gotten from other brands for approx the same price. But flowers were in good health and packaged nicely.

flowers were received in order however the message note that i have keyed in before proceed for payment were not there.

The delivery was supposed to be closer to 6pm but was delivered after 3pm and so had to be at the guardhouse longer.
The flowers were a surprise but your delivery person called my wife by mistake thinking it is me before the delivery.
The birthday message did not follow what I requested.

please improve on the balloon holding stick. its drop even it tried to have better holding power with adhesive tape. but its still failed.
