Some dirty stain on the greeting card. Poor spraying of water on the flowers with the water wetting the side of the box. Acceptable overall but the person who delivered and spraying needs improvement, poor handling.

I'm quite disappointed as the bouquet was left at the guard house instead of being reach to the hand of the recipient.
I've made a remark and personally confirmed twice before I make purchase if the bouquet can be delivered before 10am on 16th May cos is a teacher's day surprise gift.
On 16th itself, aroubd 9.50am I have to call to find out if the flower is delivered. The WhatsApp no apparently meant for weekdays so it cannot be reach on weekend same to the florist and FB messenger. No one is picking the call. I end up call the recipient to inform there is a bouquet arranged for her. Which I shouldn't cos is a surprise gift for her.
After few calling, end up she found the bouquet at the guard house.
I find that very irresponsible. If the deliver guy can't reach the recipient, he can always call the purchaser.

1) Floral Substitutions: Due to nature, seasonality of flower it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the overall look of the arrangement.
2) Bud Size: To make sure our blooms are the freshest you’ll find, we pick them when they’re still in bud and send them straight to you. This means they won't arrive looking like their photograph yet, but watching them bloom over a couple of days is so pleasing.
3) Photos are for illustration purposes only.

Delivery Time
Monday-Sunday | 11am-6pm
(including Public Holiday* with no additional charges)
We are unable to accommodate requests for time-specific deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations.
In the event that the order recipient is not around, we will deliver to the following:
1) For delivery to the office, we will deliver to the receptionist or recipient’s colleague.
2) For delivery to house or condo, we will deliver to the recipient’s family member or to the security or management office.
In the event that delivery is unable to be completed due to the recipient is not around during the delivery, we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the item(s) and no refund shall be issued in such an event.
*Note: If a second delivery on the same day is required because the recipient was not present during the initial delivery, the second delivery will cost an additional RM20 borne by the sender.
Please provide the exact location to reach the recipient, change of address are not allowed once the delivery is out.
