Received item is not same as ordered, no Balloon, not well packed, Can't choose time for delivery.
Receive the item almost night. Delivery boy don't know the order, I said must have balloon, he argued with me no balloon. Worst service ever, will never order again.

Hi ....the wrapping was good ....delivery was ok... i made last min purchase and you accommodated the order. But the baloon as in the picture was not given . That was a slight disappointment.

I was happy with the service & the decorations was picture perfect..
Delivery was on time as well..
However my mum received the bouquet with plastic flowers (Roses)..There was NOTHING indicating about plastic flowers/Roses.. It's ONLY stated there :

Seller didn't inform me whether it's delivered or not, no communication in between, I tried contacting them during the delivery day buy received NO response from them. And there is no greeting cards I have requested to include message on the greeting cards. I'm very disappointed with the delivery experience this time , I have never experienced this kind of delivery experience before.

The item I ordered comes with a balloon. But upon delivery there was no balloon. Next, your driver said he will arrive by 6pm. I described at 7:37pm. Terrible service. If only I can get a fucking refund for the shit service you’ve provided. First and last. Good luck maintaining this business of yours
